Honeymoon: Aruba

Since we are from Minnesota, we decided to wait to go on our honeymoon until the winter.  We went to Aruba in January 2010 and enjoyed the sun and sand.  We stayed at La Cabana Resort on Eagle Beach, which had beautiful views of the ocean.  We did a snorkeling/sailing cruise through Pelican Adventures which included a stop at the sunken WWII ship, the Antilla.  For a fun night out, definitely do the Kukoo Kunuku party bus.  They pick you up at your hotel, feed you dinner, and take you to 3 different bars.

Mini-moon: Chicago

Steve and I were married in July of 2009.  We went to Chicago shortly after and had a great time.  We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel on Michigan Avenue and saw most of the famous sites.  This included Milliennium Park, lots of food, a Cubs game at Wrigley Field, Lincoln Park Zoo, a Chicago River Architectural Tour, Lake Michigan, and much more.
